Fieldstone Gardens Stalmine
Nestled in the quiet Stalmine countryside, Fieldstone Gardens is a development of six luxury homes. The site has been regenerated and enhanced by Shard Developments to include a mix of 3,4 and 5 bedroom homes – all with bespoke German kitchens, designed and installed by ULMO.
The site was completely transformed to create a selection of bespoke and unique properties that would stand out in character but that would also take care to blend with their natural surroundings. The use of specially selected heritage materials and finishes have been masterfully combined with modern elements to create homes that are visually and structurally stunning both inside and outside. Each home boasts the latest technology and comforts expected from a luxury countryside property.
Beautifully aged natural stone sits alongside large swathes of glazing and bifold doors to make the most of the stunning countryside views – maximising their scenic vistas and bringing more natural light indoors.
Shard enlisted the help of ULMO to design streamlined kitchen spaces with large multipurpose islands/ peninsulas. The result is six properties, all with carefully considered layouts which offer efficient, function flow whilst adopting a smart minimalist aesthetic to enhance the impressive natural setting of these homes.
Taking centre stage in the properties, each kitchen has been planned to ensure that it meets all the demands of family living. Designed as a multi-functional hub of the home, these open plan kitchen family rooms have been designed and installed by ULMO, featuring sleek and contemporary doors and cabinetry, natural colour palettes, state of the art appliances and finer detailing typical of a luxury German kitchen.
The island peninsulas provide the perfect spot for cooking, entertaining, working remotely or simply enjoying a drink whilst admiring the countryside views from the bifold doors.
Throughout the kitchens, premium technologies and appliances have been specified, including Siemens and Gaggenau Ovens, downdraft induction hobs and Quooker boiling water taps. State-of-the-art features have also been integrated in the rest of the properties to create new builds unlike any others in the area.
Marrying beauty and function, ULMO kitchens were chosen by the developers because of our ability to design kitchens that meet the quota in terms of both aesthetics and durability. The team at ULMO were careful to consider materials, finishes and colour palettes chosen by Shard to ensure that the rooms were in keeping with each property’s meticulous and impressive interior style.
